Once a user starts watching content, cancellation of payment may not be claimed on watched content. Users may, however, request cancellation and a refund on unwatched content — content the user has not started watching — for which a full refund may be claimed, excluding payment gateway fees and applicable taxes on those fees. For a full series purchase, unwatched episodes are used to calculate the refund amount.
No refund will be issued for any period during which access was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Anti-Piracy Policy or Terms of Service, including violations detected through account, device, or location-based playback monitoring.
